If I could give a negative star rating I would. I scheduled a ride for this morning to court. Then I received a call at 7:45 this morning informing me that my driver had called out sick and they were trying to find a driver to come pick me up for my appointment but could not guarantee I would be there by 9 and will call with an estimated time of arrival if they find a driver to come pick me up. Ridiculous and unacceptable. There should be some type of backup drivers for instances like this.

A lest they try to help people. I like what they are doing now they trying to help people out if you want it thank you

Glad they have this where people will have a way to get to the places they need to go. You have a couple of awesome driver that I love picking me up. That's very friendly and kind to others. Some not so much. Angie Williams and Vivian, Glenn are some of the sweetest drivers you have. I think they deserve the best rewards ever. Especially Angie Williams because she has picked me up quite a bit and she is the best driver that you have. I thank God that Ethra Bus because I have to go to Knoxville to the Dr appointment and I don't drive in Knoxville so I use Ethra Bus. Thanks again for the awesome job from your friendly workers at least most of them.
