Best experience at Urgent Care away from home and my own beloved doctors. They made me feel like home and family. Everyone was so kind. It didn’t take forever to get in and out. COVID precautions are stellar. Top notch care. I highly recommend. You don’t ever want to have to go to urgent care but if you have to go, go there.

Dr. Wes was great!! He made sure to address and explain each symptom I had thoroughly. The staff was friendly, professional and caring. I hate we had to go due to us being on vacation from MS but the service was quickly completed and we were out within the hour. Great Team!! God Bless them all.nT. D Rush

I had sliced my finger off. I called ahead. By the time I got to AFC ( Sevierville), they attended to me immediately. They were ALL (from the Dr, to the nurses, to the office staff up front)very pleasant, very professional. They tried to keep me calm. The Dr had an AWESOME attitude. He tried to keep me calm, all while tears were flowing down my face. He calmly talked to me to try to settle my breathing down, while cauterizing my finger. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleasant visit. Every employee at this office seemed genuine. The girls up front are phenomenal in patient care and making you feel like they truly want you there, first impressions are important. The man administrating the test was very good and understood I was apprehensive about having a swap go to my brain but he made the whole experience quick and painless, kudos to him. The Doctor was very pleasant also. I live in Knoxville but will definitely travel to Sevierville when I need AFC in the future. Thank you AFC Sevierville and stay safe
