Always receive great care. To add, the friendly staff makes a trip to the doctor, not so bad!

As far as medication and counseling, they are top of the line for me. The front desk staff are AMAZING!! Mary and Sherry are extremely helpful (the main two I work with) and compassionate.nnThe docs are not the kindest and the bedside manners are severely lacking, but I have a civilian doc I see when needed.nnMuch better office than in Morristown or Knoxville.

I was going to the Knoxville TN VA Clinic for about 15 years. Not treated very well there but switched to the Sevierville Clinic and WOW, what a difference. Been there about 3 years now. Everyone is so nice and have taken excellent care of me. A couple years ago I had a bad ear infection and called them late afternoon and they said come in first thing in the morning. I waited maybe 2 minutes after I checked in and was taken right back to see the doctor. That has happened a few times when I needed to be seen quickly. I can't say enough about how nice everyone has been to me there. Highly recommended

My grandfather goes here and he seems to like it and the staff and it's much better than driving all the way to Murfeebourgh TN.
