I NEVER leave bad reviews, but the memory of my stay here gives me shivers. Disability room had no walk in shower or a shower chair (none available). It was extremely dangerous for someone in a wheelchair. The assistant manager was BEYOND rude and callous. They charged an unauthorized $250 to my credit card & made up a reason. One of the worst stays of my life. I got so frustrated dealing with them that I actually cried. Had to start an investigation with my bank to try to get those phony charges removed. The room was extremely clean, the beds at this chain of hotels are my favorite, so comfy. Huge room did not feel like a hotel room at all. Very quiet and all around nice environment. Breakfast is just a grab and go and the pool looked to be just as clean as everything else! Great stay for a great rate.
2020-09 Refurbished in the last 18 months. Great parking in a safe area lit with new LED lamps. Nice desk staff. Kept clean yet the ceramic rectified floor tile in the lobby is sticky from the improper cleaning method. Should be using steam instead of soap. Except for a few legacy wall outlets that were loose the room was great. New toilets this time. Note there is no night light. If they'd put in bathroom decor outlets with the LED night lite built it it would solve this. Or the wall mounted hair dryer that has same. I only saw one dead beetle in the bathroom. A OK
1st, the staff, Omar your the Best!!!!!!.nThe hotel very clean ,and friendly staff. The rooms were awesome, the beds and pillows,better than most all major hotels or resorts.. would do it all over again .lol.. great place .Again Thank You Omar ,and the rest of the staff..
Traveling home from 3 weeks in florida hotels. This was a very clean room and modern convenient layout. I observed staff going out of their way to continue to sanitize the foyer, exi ts and breakfast area. Plan to stay here again.
