Mariah at check in was awesome and super helpful with directions to parts and repair shop when my brakes went out! Wonderful stay. Room was clean and no problem getting new towels when my family of 6 needed them. Thank you guys. This is why we stay here when we come to Tennessee. ud83dudc99
Stayed a week. Had to go to desk every day to get towels. Left generous tips for housekeeping every day, they eagerly took tip, but failed to leave us towels or toilet paper. Did not make bed or empty trash. Bathroom shower flooded bathroom every time we showered.nLoud guests above us that hotel staff could not seem to quiet down.nStaff rarely wore masks.nGrad and go food was worse than cheap gas station food.nDon't waste your money on this place!
Quiet hotel. Somewhat busy area with Love's Travel center across the road and I65 highway access. Henry Horton State park is located several miles away for kayaking, golfing, jogging, camping etc. Plenty of places to eat and fuel up.
This place is super nice, just off the highway, and very clean. Now for my only complaints, your WiFi needs extreme help it barely stays connected for more than 5 minutes. Also, the cable TV comes in spotty. Other than that, it is an excellent hotel
Wi-fi never worked and when you have kids all they want to do is watch TV. Owner charging 100 a night for stain sheets and towels gross. Had a smart TV that would never sign on to Netflix or Hulu. Better off paying extra for Hampton Inn or Holiday. This hotel makes choice look bad. Worst shower head ever.
