I had the rare opportunity to have the beautiful Inn to myself making this a most special visit. The owner, Dinah took great care of her solo guest without being the least bit intrusive. I did enjoy her great cooking each morning at breakfast. When growing up in Columbia from 1959 - 1977, I always eyed this hidden gem. It took a while, but I finally was able to see it in all its glory. If I am every back in Columbia, I will be checking into The Blythewood Inn.
My husband wanted to surprise me & decided to book a B&B for my birthday but unfortunately this wasn't the customer service that was expected ud83dude15. Upon booking, within a few minutes, we received news that wouldn't allow us to travel. Long story short, be sure to SEARCH for their policy information first! Don't be confused, we ALWAYS research but we did a last minute reservation this time and was unable to get a refund for anything! There wasn't any accommodations either in order to possibly change the dates, just $540 gone down the drain ud83eudd2cud83eudd2c
Perfect BnB experience! The people were all friendly, kind, and accommodating. The meals were great. The house is immaculate.
Warm and welcoming. Beautifully appointed rooms. Superb service and delicious food. It is everything you could ask for—terrific for weekend get away or special occasion.
Beautiful place, wonderful hosts, great breakfast and architecture that will take your breath away! Definitely add it to your travels!
