Busy day when I arrived to the hotel. 25 minutes later, when I got to my room it had not yet been made. The front desk had me wait while they cleaned the room. It took over an hour from arrival to get a room even though I booked and prepaid online. The room was great in the end and the staff came through.
Nice and clean room. Shower was odd. Only half of it was covered by a glass shield. Nothing on the other half. Water sprayed out on the floor. Our door would not lock when we would leave the room. Location was ok. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Entire motel run down and dirty. Pool out of order, no continental breakfast but yet no discount given. Very disappointed in the quality for the money.nOn a positive note the front desk clerk was awesome, very helpful and friendly
The person working the front desk was great! We did have a bit of an issue with the cleanliness of our room. For the biggest problem we notified the front desk and it was resolved while we went to dinner.
It's a surprise to find an affordable place with so much to do & see within walking distance. Staff is very courteous & welcoming, no matter what time of day or night. I was amazed at the room's decor. The room's are beautifully crafted with modern amenities. In the suites, you have a cozy sitting area & the bathroom's area can be closed off from room.
