Comfort Suites

Went for a simple getaway! We really enjoyed the indoor pool! Slept wonderfully! The room was very nice and clean. We stayed in a suite. The staff was very nice and helpful.. We enjoyed walking over to the Tequila Mexican Grill for dinner.. it was delicious!

Our family chose this hotel as a stopping point as we were traveling to Florida. The pictures of the facility online and the convenience of being near a gas station and several restaurants were all appealing.nWhen we arrived the lobby was packed full of people waiting to be checked in. That wasn't an issue as the staff worked diligently to get everyone taken care of and to keep the line moving.nAs we were venturing to our room I couldn't help but to notice the issue of cleanliness that the facility was lacking. The carpets were filthy dirty- almost completely black. When we reached our room and were getting settled in we found beer bottle caps on the floor near the bed which immediately made me question the thoroughness of housekeeping. The pull out sofa was in horrible condition- the mattress was almost flat and also had stains. At this point we were all completely exhausted so we did our own clean sweep of the room and decided to just throw and extra sheet over sofa mattress only to discover there was no linen in the room for the sofa bed. We called the front desk and the kind lady told us to come down and she would have linen for us. When we arrived the stack was waiting for us but we were told they had a shortage on linen and thus had no blankets on hand so we were given sheets to cover up with.nI am not normally one to complain and am usually able to overlook anything that isn't up to par however we were charged $160 to stay for one night and the facility was definitely not worth that.

I was excited to stay here with good reviews, but my goodness. Our experience was so disappointing. There was a large party happening in the pool area/meeting rooms when we arrived - people were everywhere and no one was wearing masks. My children were looking forward to using the pool, but there was no way we were going to do that. The overall feel of this hotel - which supposedly was recently remodeled - was dingy. These are things that just cannot be overlooked in this climate. The bagged breakfast - a banana and 2 granola bars - was also sad. A yogurt or hard-boiled egg option would have been lovely. And I know hotels don't want to leave out self serve coffee, but there has to be a better option then vending machine brew. These are the things my review is based on. Hotels aren't responsible for rude customers and the loud party goers rocking out until 1 am wasn't their fault - but it sure didn't add anything to our experience. I would never come back here.

My family and I were stranded with car trouble.... The staff was so accomodating helping us find a good value for such a short stay.nFortunately the car repair was quick and we were back on the road in no time!!!

Clean , quiet. Had to come here last minute while traveling. Breakfast 2 go bags has of last week.nWould stay again.
