I travel to a new hotel pretty much every week I have never been so happy with my stay the beds are so comfortable the rooms are so clean the layout is so convenient the staff was amazing the location is perfect I can’t say anything better about this hotel one of my top stays ever I had an amazing time and will recommend this place to everyone. they have a clean pool and serve continental breakfast with a nice variety for both meat eaters and non-. I’m still staying here right now and I’m amazed one of the best days I’ve ever had

Clean, nice place covid rules my kids could not eat because we had no mask. The pool to many kids to wild unsafe. Didn't care for it. Over all great place, good service and customer care.

Im almost certain there is s bed bug issue. My family and I have been here since Sunday and I've been bitten every single night. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and our room was switched. No luck there because I got bit once again during sleep hours. My daughter also was bitten by something as well. Oddly enough it happens at night when in bed.....Dissapointed that for 500 plus dollars I had to encounter this. Now my family and I will have to take the necessary steps as not to carry these things with us. I'll be speaking to someone in regards to a refund. Quality Inn, bring in professionals to correct this issue!

The room was nice but unfortunately my car battery died during the stay. I went to buy a portable battery starter and the clerk acted as if she had an issue with us using an outlet. Once the car wouldn’t start we called for someone to come get us and the manager made us leave out of the lobby in the rainy cold with children. With the lobby being completely empty I don’t see what the issue was especially after we had just bought 2 rooms and had no other issues. Very rude and not hospitable at all.
