Room was clean and looked brand new. BUT:nRefrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it.nCoffee maker did not work.nCould not use AC or heat because fan blew so hard it would almost knock you down.nThey put a $20+ charge on my credit card for incidentals. Told me all hotels do that. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that did that. Took 4 days for the charge for the correct amount to go through.nNever again.

I encountered two different front desk staff during my family’s stay last night through this morning. The evening staff was not friendly, asked for my ID and handed me the room key, that’s all the interaction. Not very welcoming. The morning front desk staff was stocking the breakfast bar when I arrived to get breakfast for my family. She was pretty grumpy and extremely unprofessional in letting me know that the breakfast bar was not yet open. I had to no clue what time it opened because the evening staff at check-in did not tell me when breakfast was served, there was no information in my room about breakfast or any signs in the hotel lobby/breakfast area. I was told that I was “You are messing up my counts! Breakfast isn’t open yet.” Not a great way to start my day. Other than the unprofessional and unfriendly staff I encountered, the hotel was fine, a standard hotel for an overnight out of town.

Clean hotel. We chose this because it was part of our Marriott club hotel was real clean everything we needed. Friendly staff. I did all my checkin and checkout on my mobile app. We have stayed here 2 times now when we want a weekend away from home but don’t want to drive far.

The receptionist Chanel should be a little more friendly talking to the customers. At our checkout she just told us to drop the keys off at the desk and nothing else ud83dude2a
