It's was amazing. Sad I only got to stay one night. But the beds are comfy, the tv works well, internet is a little weird, you have to pay a fee for stream type of net, but it's only 5 bucks and I was playing my ps4 the whole night. The place is clean and just feels homey. I repeat. Amazing.

Was staying here on work trip and the rooms were clean, beds clean and nicely made up, food places galore...My only complaints are the pillows are super small and they didn't serve hot breakfast. I mean this is the first place that has a continental breakfast that consists of cold cereal, cold bread and bagels, old apples, coffee and juice. I was looking for a waffle maker with some bacon, sausage, and eggs(there is a waffles house that is walking distance away). Other than the small pillows and less than continental breakfast served, my stay was fine.

Overpriced. Annie/Anna Gillespie not customer service friendly...nStayed here recently and interacted with the front desk associate Annie/ Anna who was not customer service friendly.. She came off rude, didn't tell me the rates just assumed I was ok with them and just went forward with charging my card. The prices for the room seems overpriced especially with the older model TVs in the rooms. The rates I got compare to newer hotels in the Rock Hill area. Overall the stay was decent, the room was fairly clean which is definitely a plus but the customer service almost ran off my business.

Another filthy Quality Inn... Have you forgotten how to dust, scrub and shine???nAbsolutely not worth the money! I cleaned the room before we could settle in!!!nnUnacceptable during a pandemic!

Price was great especially in the Covid era. Employees were all very helpful. I would definately be back.
