Holiday Inn Anderson

We had never stayed here before, but will definitely book again! The front desk associates were very friendly and courteous. We ordered our breakfast over the phone one morning and a little while later, the front desk lady delivered our breakfast to our room!! That's going above and beyond. Also, when we found our TV remote did not work shortly after check-in, she immediately came up to our room and brought fresh batteries. The only slightly negative thing was that the chef took over 30 minutes the first morning to make our omelets, but the other mornings, he was much faster. The food was excellent; breakfast was the only thing that we ordered as we had paid a little extra for it when booking the room. Our other meals were with family. I would definitely recommend doing this because it is not regular continental fare at all. They offered hot and appetizing eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, mini waffles, omelets (made to order), pancakes, fruit cups, oatmeal (freshly made) and a few other items. It was priced a little high if you paid for it (without the deal made when booking), so like I said, arrange for it then if you plan to eat in the hotel. Suggestion to the hotel: extend your breakfast hours until 10 a.m. The room was clean and spacious. The only negative here is that there was not enough lighting around the desk area. The curtains did not open far enough to help with lighting up that space and there were no overhead lights either. All in all, however, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend you stay here too!

It was a nice spot to take a nap. I wasn't there but for a few hours so I can't say much about it. That's the only reason I gave them a 4 star. I only experienced the room I slept in and nothing else.

Guy up front told me at 11pm with an empty lobby to pull my mask up...no problem so I did. Next day I walk in same time there is a lady at the front desk with no mask at all. He said nothing to her...of course. They also for some reason took the shampoo I had left from my room and didn’t replace it for whatever reason. The place isn’t that bad just needs a little work. It’s in a good spot with food on every corner.

This place was amazing. We stayed here for 2 days on business and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The beds were super comfortable too.

From check in to check out I had an all around amazing experience! Clean room and beautiful lobby! Breakfast was great!
