The room was clean and wonderful but the girl at the front desk acted like we were bothering her and I tried to pay with cash and she said they don't take cash and I told her ok I need to go out to my car to get my debit card and she told me twice to go down the road to another hotel because they take cash. I told her no we wanted to stay there and she said the other hotel right down the road was better. I couldn't believe she said that and didn't want to fool with us. So customer service was terrible but the room was great.
Not Great Services No working phone in room, the bathroom door locks itself, loud noise from Maintenance throughout day. Housekeeping walks around all day as if they hate coming to work and mad that your their because that's more work. Front desk never around to answer when you call downstairs for assistances. A/c units in room is old and works occasionally and are really loud. Management is awful they dont allow you to have complaints are concerns are they will ask you to leave. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON AND HAVE BUGS THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BBB.

The minute we opened the door to our room, the was an overwhelming stench of old cigarette smoke and mildew mixed together..after further inspection of the room, there were cobwebs on the ceiling in the corners, there was what appeared to be black mold around the bath tub, ashes , dust and other “stuff” behind the bathroom door. the bed looked like it was already slept in. Someone had removed the peep hole from the door and put a brown napkin in its place. I took a few pictures but not as many as I could have. We were in too much of a hurry to get out of there checked out as soon as we were able to find another place to stay. There is no way I would ever recommend this place to anyone. There was no “quality” at this Inn. I’m considering sending a letter and some pictures to the Health Department.
