Nice and clean rooms. They did have the doors to the pool propped open so the whole hotel had a musty chlorine smell. Went to grab breakfast right before 9 AM and it was already being taken down and we were told we weren't allowed to eat even though all the food was still out.

Great customer service. Love the pool and hot tub. Breakfast is really good and yes they are serving hot breakfast, which is awesome. Brittany who works the front as well as helping anywhere else that's needed.. she also gives great customer service.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was quiet. Bed was not that comfortable. We have slept in way worse beds at other hotels but we have slept in way more comfortable beds too. The fitness room was good and clean. Walking distance to 4 restaurants.

Nice place. Room had a weird smell like it had been wet? Super nice staff was willing to move us however no other rooms were available. Breakfast was very good.

I called the hotel prior to booking to ask about three main concerns and was lied to about all three! I called, booked, and arrived all on the same day! First I asked about the pool and hot tub when we got there the hot tub was broke! Secondly I asked about restrictions on breakfast and was told they would only have grab and go items and prepackaged items however at check in I was informed there would only be coffee available. I also asked about mask restrictions since the town does not have a mandate, I was told only employees were required to wear masks however after checking in and the desk personnel taking my payment did he state that masks were required in all public areas. I wish I could say it got better....but it didn’t! When we returned to the room we discover that our TV wasn’t working due to a connection issues. When I called the front desk for assistance they told me I need to check all the connections and reset the box which I did and still nothing! They offered to move me to a different room however it would not a 2 bed queen suite like we had booked! I would have booked somewhere else if they would have be honest! Plus we are stuck here another night tomorrow! Don’t book here!!! There are tons of other options for similar rates!
