Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable for the most part. I guess as comfortable as a strange bed can be and is not your own bed. The fitness room was good and clean. During our visit the pool was out. The hot tub worked but we didn't use it.
Alayna Fiddler and Broderick Towers are awesome. However the lady that works during the day is rude she was rude to my friend that came and got me for dinner today rude to myself when I went to get a drink this morning!! This is not the first time this has happened I do not live in Bartlesville I I'm not a local this is not the first time this has happened! Back in July my boyfriend's mother passed away and I rented a room for two days she was rude to me at that time also however the manage stepped in and smooth things over! This time I'm not sure that he was here? But she was rude twice today and that is terrible customer service!! I do not know how she still has a job? Other than that the hotel was awesome thank you very much Holiday Inn Express for your courtesy kindness and thoughtfulness other than that lady that works during the day at the front desk!!!!
I will never book a room at a holiday inn again. The company that they use for reservations wouldn’t give us our money back even though we canceled within the dead line. The customer service was extremely rude and no help at all. Very very upsetting. We had to cancel due to the winter storm in Oklahoma.
My view from 4th floor room i did that to the beds room was clean and bathroom nothing wrong with room at all nice view when I got up I have noticed that if u are coming in in the morning hours it is harder to sleep with alot of ppl letting doors slam but nice stay night staff did not put me in the system as late check out so am staff called at 130pm to let me know I missed check out but after I explained I was a member and I was heading out anyways they where like ok sry so overall 7.5 out of 10
°Accepts CLCn°Parking lot can accommodate one or two 18 wheelers.n°Hotel is an extended stay.nnI share this review for any of my other trucker friends that need a nice clean place to stay where staying multiple days might be necessity.. Staff is very friendly and they have a nice little area in the front lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks, meals etc. Overall a very nice place to stay.nnHeads up: The parking can get tricky depending on how full the lot is if youre trying to park something larger than a box truck.
