Unlike many hotels now going back to offering breakfast, this hotel offered nothing except coffee. So cannot recommend this hotel. In addition, the room I had this time was not fully cleaned.
The bed was awesome! Wanted to take it home.. Plenty of covers also, unlike some hotels. Coffee pot didn't work so had to go downstairs & get coffee from the pot in the lobby b4 I wanted to leave the room. During covid, other than coffee, u have to ask the front desk for the little box of concentrated (ugh) orange juice & the normal blueberry muffin that they hand you in a brown sack. Window shade was a little torn & the corners wall needed a little touch up paint but oh well. I've seen much worse. Nice staff but should have written breakfast time where there is a place for it on the key card. Can't remember all those details rattled off verbally, lol.
Beds and pillows were comfortable, mostly quiet even though the hotel was full. Lots of people because of a softball tournament in the area. Hotel seemed to be under staffed & unfriendly except the evening check-in clerk, Rachel was very helpful & pleasant. (I give her a 5 star)nSeen what appeared to be homeless people & ladies in question walking around the hotel parking lot.
Room was very neat and economical. Did appear to need better sanitizing. This could be done by wiping down surfaces and headboards in the rooms. Also, the ones who do the laundry should refrain from stuffing so much bedclothes in the dryers. This would eleviate the excessive wrinkling that gives the rooms (beds) a less attractive appearance.
Really nice place to stay perfect for us traveling with four dogs and service was awesome and served a really good breakfast
