Nice place with good people working there.
I had bedbugs with a lot of bites the next morning cockroaches and my heater stopped working and it was 22uff9f outside they refused to give me any of my money back Very rude staff Nobody was ever in the office working and they didn't answer the doorbell when I tried to come and get my Room changed
We rented a room here. I always check hotel beds for bed bugs no matter where we stay! And well this why! We found a bed bug! The covers where stained and nasty looking! The room didn’t smell good! When I walked in and showed him the picture of the bed bug he gave my money back but didn’t say a word but can I need your card and sign this! It was all 23 dollars cheaper then comfort inn and comfort inn was way better so if you are staying in Pauls Valley don’t stay here! I recommend comfort inn!
Clean and safe .
Very clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave, nice heated spacious rooms, friendly staff. No breakfast or coffee but very affordable. Will stay again.
