If I could rate higher than 5*’s I would. The store is always stocked excellently with very friendly staff. Two especially Deborah the assistant manager is extremely helpful, friendly and always willing to have a laugh while working.nSecond is Derek the pharmacy intern, a model gentleman who demonstrated in depth knowledge, courtesy and the utmost discretion for my issue, he provided excellent explanation of what would help and what steps I should take. The best of employees both of them

I go to bartells by my house often I went to the one on Market today to pick up some last minute things when I checked out I had alcohol and of course they carded me and that's fine but thw lady at the check out said it was fake because I could not be in my 40s. Thanks for the complement but I am 40 and I had my ID I have never felt more disrespected and she was very rude

Great customer service and always has my prescriptions ready fast and like 30 minutes before they said it would be ready. Same thing with the Greenwood location.

Called WalGreen across the street to check if they had a product. The phone robot couldn't get anything straight. Called a 3rd time, the semi-human couldn't get me the manager. 3 calls, 10 minutes, forget WalGreen -- GO LOCAL -- CALL BARTELL'S!!! Got a helpful fellow on the phone, took the time to check the product on the shelf. I got into the store 20 minutes later, I couldn't find it, asked the cashier to direct me to where it was and he went and helped me find the product. BARTELL'S DOES IT RIGHT, WalGreen -- THANK YOU

The store is well stocked generally, but they're a bit slow with updating signage to accurately reflect what they have in stock. Often advertising things on the outside of the store that they're actually out of. In general the employees are nice. The Pharmacy is a different matter. Long waits and they've even improperly run my insurance so I waited 45 min to only be told I wouldn't be able to get my service. Went through the whole process of calling my insurance to find out that the error was on Bartell's end.
