CVS

I've been picking up my meds here for two years now. Keely and Eric make it the easiest experience I've ever had at any pharmacy. The store itself is fine too. They have pretty much exactly what you'd expect at a large drugstore.nnPlease be aware that this location's current hours are not accurate as posted. They are open 9-9.

Manager is horrible. Molly provided the worst service in any CVS I have been too. I had a CVS GC remind you a CVS gift card. It's not like I was trying to use a visa GC. She wouldn't let me use it because their card wouldn't scan and kept giving error messages. How is that my problem. Other CVS would just input the number in there. Also i had a promotional extra reward that they needed to give me a gift card and she advised me to go back to the CVS i got it from. But why if all CVS are the same. Never going back. She deserves a ZERO star for lack of customer services skills for being a MANAGER. If she had a better attitude it would have been understandable. I don't normally do reviews but she.

Pharmacy staff is excellent. It was easy to switch my prescription here. I was also able to get my flu shot here. The staff is very helpful.

I called CVS in the u district of Seattle on 10/24/18 to ask about a product to see if it was in stock. David took my call and went way above and beyond to help me and evan made sure the product was waiting for me at the register. David is the best!

Amazing service!! The pharmacist there went way above and beyond to get me my meds, including spending almost an hour on the phone to get my insurance to cover the cost. Seriously good service, never thought i'd get this kind of personalized attention from a big box chain.
