Bartell Drugs

Wednesday, Aug 26th, about 7pm. Illegally serving customers who were not wearing masks, the manager lied and said that the mask order wasn't enforceable. Security guard was present for everything. I called corporate and no one returned my call. Is this how a pharmacy conducts itself?

I love the people who work here. They are all very friendly. I live right above the store and they have been so convenient when needing certain items but what I admire the most is the customer service skills of each employee here. They all deserve a raise!

Due to location, it is super easy to find and get to on foot if you are visiting or live in the area, especially since there are numerous bus stops, the streetcar, and even the lightrail all available to stop within a block.nnThe products are as you'd expect from Bartell Drugs, often priced higher than regular grocery marts but the little bit of everything in the middle of such a busy district makes it still very useful.nnThis particular store has a lot less in the way of food than other stores, but does have tons of basically everything else.

First off the pharmacy staff is caring thorough and very fast and professional Amy, Hoa and their assistants are all great. They do all of the extra things you won't get elsewhere. Calling before you even leave the Dr's office if a prescription needs to be changed to go through . And Alma the manager is a sweetheart. All of the staff are great and have to deal with very difficult situations with the homeless in the area but do it kindly and. firmly Really a great store
