The staff and management and service here is awesome very clean motel and makes you feel very welcome and keeps it spotless. You feel safe and welcome and cared about. Very quiet and able to relax and rest. And everything as far as eating is right in the distance of motel. Staff checking on you to make sure all is good. I would recommend this place to anyone. Simply the best. Thanks for all Holiday Express you rock....
And then there is this nightmare.....bedbugs! Need I say more???? The young lady at the front desk was amazing. That is why I am giving them one star. Room 114. Bed bugs and ants. Oh and one of the beds appeared to have black snot blown in the pillow, comforter and pillow.

This place has BED BUGS!!! I spoke with someone at the front desk, she acted like she didn’t care, but had the nerve to say, “no one has ever complained of this before.” She took my name and number the manager was supposed to call me back, I never received a phone call. I also called corporate and they gave me a claim number and that was about it! Please don’t go stay here! I have never had an encounter with bedbugs before and I’m telling you it’s the worst feeling ever!! I itched for over a week!!
Awesome staff. Very family friendly. Great for business travel.
