It might be a older motel but it was clean, quiet, great atmosphere the the lady that checked us in (Lynn) went above and beyond we will definitely be back... Hopefully Lynn will still be there...... Special Thank you to Lynn and her precious daughter Rachel whom i enjoyed playing ball and our conversation....
Beautiful scenery with the sounds of the shallow river that runs along the property to calm you. The staff was amazingly helpful, accommodating, and polite. The 2 females that helped guests over the weekend was respectful, energetic, and bubbly which made me and my family feel very welcomed. This is definitely our new home away from home when we go to Maggie Valley, NC!
I travel to Maggie Valley a lot during the year but this place was tucked away off the main road but I found it last month and I am so happy that I did. I was so happy that I was there again this weekend and I was able to go a head and book for Halloween! The staff makes you feel at home. Very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family.
Great little country motel with wonderful staff!! My best friend and I just wanted a weekend away and it was perfect!! The weather wasn't the best so wasn't able to have a fire in the pit, but sitting by the rolling creek was so relaxing. Had such a great experience we are coming back in 3 weeks!!
Nothing fancy but great spot for a good night's rest. Easy check in, friendly, quick. Discount for paying cash! The king bed was SO COMFY! Small room but clean. The bath tile reminded me of my grandma's. My only complaint is no coffee pot but with the strict cleaning rules now, I'm sure that's probably why. Great location, quiet.
