No hot water for a shower with barely an apology. It was clean and cost around 80 dollars for the night. There was hot water when we checked in but none in the morning when we needed it. I won't go back and I doubt if I will ever stay at a best western again.

The Maggie Valley N.C. Best Western is an inexpensive and nicely appointed stay. One really nice feature is the rocking chairs outside your room that allow you to sit outside for a view of the mountains. There is no food at the hotel and delivery service from local businesses is spotty at best. This is an older Best Western, but it is kept up and is in good shape. It was an excellent overnight stop after a long day on a motorcycle riding the Blue Ridge Parkway.
My stay was two nights of comfort and relaxation. The staff is super friendly and helpful. During this pandemic they are doing everything they can to keep everyone safe. It's always been a very clean and nice environment.
