I stayed at the Fairfield in Belmont, NC. on 3/2/21 on a business trip for one night. What a great and peaceful night stay. The general manager, Jay Brown was friendly and professional with a great care and helpful too. I will be staying there again and it is because of the wonderful way I was treated. The room was excellent and the facilities were neat.
I give the hotel 2 stars because of cleanliness which is something I’m really big on when it comes to hotels. I tried a Marriott hotel because of their reputation and great reviews, but was disappointed to find a plastic razor cover in the corner of the bathroom floor upon arrival and Caucasian type hair that was on the bed and clothes of my son and sister. There was also a strand of hair near the microwave in the lobby and coffee stains left uncleaned in the business center. The highs of staying here was the comfort of the bed, spacious room, the fitness center, and the TV. Because this a hotel chain with a good reputation, I’ll give it another chance, but if there are any issues, I’ll report it to the staff.
It's brand new so everything was working well and very modern.nThe beds are comfortable but the pillows are kinda flat.nOnly 1 chair and one flat bench/drawers.nNo microwave in the room.nFront desk staff were great and friendly.
I Was Soooooo Thrilled to be able to Stay and Rest in this Inn. The people were Extremely Thoughtful and helpful and Friendly. Soooo Nice. The Room was Extremely Clean and Pleasing to the Eye. Such a Joy and a Memorable Stay.
Brand new hotel that was not crowded and had great rooms and views. Very friendly staff.
