Overall I enjoyed this hotel! I would've given a 3 star rating, but most of my issues were initial and small when compared to grander issues at hotels.nI checked through the app... check in is 3pm however my room wasn't ready until 3:30. The front desk lady gave my room to someone else, so she had to hurry and cancel their room key before they could get into the room [to be fair she was flustered by some irate customers].nOnce I finally got into my room it was very clean, smelled nice, very modern look and feel. My favorite part of this was the space, and amenities received for the price paid.nIn the room my biggest issue was a lot of the lamps didn't have bulbs in them, which made studying at the desk all but impossible at night. As well the soap that was given did NOT smell appealing to say the least. Also in the shower there were push pump shampoo and shower gel containers. However the shower gel container was empty. Luckily I always bring my own things.nHowever I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would certainly return!!!

AMAZING! GREAT staff, CLEAN, kind,, affordable and pet friendly. I've never been more satisfied with a hotel stay. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. I'm so satisfied, I'm staying a couple more days in this luxurious place! ud83dude01

Nice, spacious rooms. There was a young man, not sure of his name, that ran the front desk all night shift (3/6/21) that was extremely nice and welcoming, but the staff member before him, she definitely was extremely rude and seemed highly aggravated. The hotel has board games in the lobby that you can check into your room-- my kids had alot of fun with those. Overall, good experience. Wish I knew the young man's name that was so polite to us.

I booked for a weekend, but ended up leaving after one night. The bathroom shower, sheets, and towels were covered with hair. The staff did allow me to try a different room, but it also had poor housekeeping and had hair in the shower. The 3rd room had the same. After 4-5 attempts to reach Brian, the manager, I never received a call back. In an era that has provided a heightened expectation of cleanliness, I was disappointed. Again, I paid for 2 night and did not stay because I was displeased. Although Hilton is my preferred hotel chain, the disgust was unbearable for me. A call back, after leaving 2 messages, and talking with 3 different staff members, is the least that should have been expected.
