The cleanliness of this property was extremely poor. It appeared like the hallways had not been vaccumed in several days, if not weeks, and the stairwell was littered with garbage. The room was slightly better. The whole floored smelled of cigarette - marijuana smoke.nnIn addition, I called in advance to see if a pack n play was available. The reception attendant placed me on hold to check and not only confirmed, but assured me that he was getting it set up that night in preparation for our arrival. We arrived at 11pm and not only was there no crib, but there wasn't one on the property. The baby had to sleep in the bed with us.
Most disgusting hotel ever. Single woman traveling alone, preplanned the stay overnight here based on photos and reviews. Outside hotel lined with cigarette butts everywhere. Staff was nice. Room was AWFUL. Food from previous guest in fridge, white stains on the sofa, stains running down bathroom walls, trash unemptied from trash can, floor not vacuumed, toilet seat rocked, shower not cleaned properly, stains on the curtains. Was like a bad scene from a murder movie. Afraid to leave room once I entered due to clientele at the hotel, did not sleep well afraid of who may have access to the room, left feeling very dirty and gross. Pictures will be posted shortly
DO NOT STAT HERE THEY ARE THIEVES! MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS AND A WEEK LATER THEY CHARGED US AGAIN FOR TWO MORE NIGHTS AND WE WEREN'T EVEN IN THE STATE. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE OUR MONEY BACK AND WONT EVEN COOPERATE WITH US.
Great for the price. The hotel was quiet, the bedding was clean, we had hot water, the TV and internet worked, and the heat and a/c worked. What more could we ask for?
I would not recommend this place. Room appeared clean but a bug was found on the pillow and a huge spider on the ceiling. Called front desk and was told there is nothing they can do. I checked out immediately. What would have been a feasible resolution was to offer me another room. I took the spider up to the front desk in a cup. Poor service and not clean. Please stay somewhere else
