Ended up being charged 60% more than I was quoted when I dropped my bike off. All the junior employees were super nice and helpful, but the dude who seemed to be running the show acted as if he was annoyed to be dealing with me as customer.nnWent here originally because I like to support local business who carry brands I like, but after this experience I don't see a reason to go back for more.
Very cool business in a nice location. Purchased a roof top tent for my truck. Very knowledgeable staff and very responsive on facebook. Will do business with them again!
Great people. Offered free installation for a low priced lock I purchased. Happy to have this place in the neighborhood!
I’ve had two skis mounted here in the past with no issues. This time I got a third pair mounted and was bummed when I picked them up and saw a small chip at the tip of the top sheet. I’d just gotten them and had inspected them before dropping them off so I’m sure it wasn’t there already. Kind of sad to see that before even taking them out on the slopes. I hope they’ll be more careful in the future with people’s gear.
I have lived in Seattle many years and have never experienced the same type of customer service and friendly environment that they have. Will be continuing to shop here for both ski and bike season :)
