Ingenious and thoughtful! I needed an option to my usual walk commute and found my regular bike challenging. After researching options I found Bike Swift and now happily travel all around Seattle! The conversion was seamless - Martin and Henry were very careful to make sure the bike would suit my purposes and personality. I'm amazed how responsive and easy to use the electric system is - almost intuitive. Very glad I did it and would highly recommend the Bike Swift team.
Genuinely nice people and very knowledgable. I came in with my friend's bike because I didn't know how to adjust the seat. They not only adjusted my seat for me but also gave me pointers. Really personable service and a cute shop.
