I took my S2 for a tuneup here, and it was a great experience. Everyone is super-nice, and the newly-tuned up bike rides better than it did when it was new. Also, these bikes are super-neat, my S2 gets me most places I want to go in / around Seattle, with some (but not too much ; ) exercise, and without driving/parking or bussing.
It was really fun! Staff was super helpful and really nice. Asked a few questions and they had full and great answers to respond with and had alot of close future plans and deals coming up.
Awesome team! Great customer service that really goes above and beyond! Thank you Madden, Jade, Kushay and bike mechanic guy, whose name I missed!
5-star service and a quality bike. I came by after having trouble assembling my new bike (I have no mechanical prowess). Kusha swooped in and saved the day, and even followed up with an emailed diagram to help me understand how to use the bike pump (yeah, I needed a diagram).
Fantastic bike, excellent customer service. Nice and friendly staff.
