If you’re looking for a descent hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and good service, GO ELSEWHERE. The room looked alright at first glance, then you notice how dirty it is. The dehumidifier (wth?!) was full of old water and had no filter in it at all. Front desk said that the don’t have any control over filters because they were in the utility closet. Then, the power goes out. Yes! Out! It took literally an hour for the tv to reboot when power was restored. I guess I should’ve know better seeing that it was Valentine’s Day weekend and there were only 4 other guests in the entire hotel. No one was ever around to answer the phone at the front desk either, and when I asked for an additional hour (late check out) she said she just “couldn’t do it”. I replied “there is no one here”. She was very rude. When we were leaving the hotel and checking around for left items of ours, we noticed the bed linens and comforter had two massive yellow stains on them. Ugh. They had been flipped over and covered by an additional duvet cover.nThe only positive thing about this place was that the bed was comfortable.nThe hotel is poorly run and not clean. Many issues with this stay.

Room was not great. Not the worst I stayed in but up keep could be better. Missing a shower curtain was in inconvenient.
Gretchen at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was very accommodating when we needed to make changes to our reservation and even helped us with an early check in! She had some great recommendations for local restaurants that did not disappoint! Will definitely be back!
We did not stay. I booked this room with my Choice Points for one night. The room smelled, it was disgusting. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot. I cannot reiterate the smell of the room enough! There were unsavory people hanging out in the doorways of the hotel. I did not feel safe in the area, nor did I feel my family was safe. I am pretty sure had we stayed our car would have been vandalized. I will not use Choice Hotels anymore. It has been bad before, but this was the worse.
