Checked in very late but the staff was so helpful and accommodating the entire trip. The room is definitely nostalgic, tradition beach furniture and vibes. All of the guests in rooms by ours were so quiet and we had a beautiful view!! Family friendly and a very kind and accommodating staff!!
This is my first time staying at this hotel. My wife brought me here out for my birthday. The room was beautiful the view was enchanting as the sun sets. We are definitely coming back here again. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. And it was close to the beach restaurants and shopping center right up the street. I loved my stay.
My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new, the views were lovely and the location was great.. very close to restaurants, shops, and the Aquarium. The one thing we didn’t like was the payment process.. they had charged my card 2 times for the same amount and would not refund the 2nd unnecessary transaction. But overall we loved our stay.
The staff was really nice. But the Ghetto... people kept trying to come in our room, the other guest was very loud, they was fighting in the hallway, you name it the other guest did it. I would not come back due to this. I did not feel safe at all.
I would give this hotel a 0 if possible but the customer service was actually really good so I guess it's deserving of a 1. The room we got put in seemed nice to begin with but after an hour we noticed multiple cockroaches roaming around the room. The ladies down stairs were extremely helpful in providing a refund but we packed up and found a new hotel before we even stayed one night.
