I noticed a very clean smell as soon as we walked into the bright, organized lobby. We felt comfortable with their covid-19 guidelines. Everything was sparkling clean. Also, Gloria was very helpful when I called to see if I had left my p.j.'s in the room. We'll be up this weekend and Gloria will pack them up and hold them until then. That's customer service!
Was very impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness an luxury of the queen suite. The staff was efficient an professional thru out our stay. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is they waited till we paid for our 4th day to say we needed to pay a $250 deposit or leave. Then only gave us 30 min to pack, Otherwise great stay.
Service was pretty good could have been better, However they have a wide range of activities to do and a large amount of movies to watch on demand the staff cleaned our rooms daily and we enjoyed the chocolates that got left on the pillow :)
Beautiful and comfortable hotel! My in laws stay here about twice a year when they visit and we've always been happy with how beautiful and nice the hotel is!
Nice hotel, well maintained. The front desk people were all very nice, the bed news very comfortable and having the two pillow choices was nice.
