Awesome luxury mountain community with easy access to downtown Asheville. Less than 15 min into downtown on a straight shot drive with no winding roads. Once you're through the gate this community offers true rustic feel. It's hard to find communities with this proximity to downtown that offer a true mountain home with view. Great custom home builders. One of the easy communities to show to our clients.

A beautiful gated community with all the Necessities nearby and wonderful little town called Fairview just right outside to Asheville city limits close to all the seating views of Asheville just to jump away from the Great Smoky Mountains homes are a little close together but if you're looking for a gated Homeowner Association controlled Mountainside this is you guards at this gate office no Strays allowed you must have a reason to enter or they will turn you away
