The rooms were great! Very clean. The battery in my fusion the morning of check in actually stopped working and the staff was so nice. They spent 20 or so minutes trying to help me start it! They made sure I could start my car before leaving. Will definitely stay here again!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone i know, very clean and everyone is nice. There's laundry facilities, if needed. Complimentary breakfasts are good.
Our power went out at our house this weekend and the staff here was so accommodating during our last-minute stay. They were wonderful during a stressful time and did everything they could to help us, even when we had to change our checkout multiple times. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone who comes to stay in the area.
Good check-in experience! Everything was smooth and they are observing COVID-19 protocols. The rooms are clean and orderly with no detectable off putting odors. The bathroom was also in good order. My only gripe with the bathroom was that the shower was really noisy. As you step around in it, you can feel the floor flex as the shower itself creaked very loudly. I thought it was just my room, however I heard the same noise from the room above mine. I'm guessing they had a bad bath-fitter installer. The beds are very hard as well. I can't knock them for that as all business hotels tend to have a very firm mattress. Overall it was a good, clean experience and that is all I ask for.
The worse hotel i have been to and i would not suggest going there they are highly rude they never answer the room number you have to call them off your cell phone. Room service never does their job and just want to walk and talk please do not go there if you want better things but you should go to the dury inn & suites.
