I've had this heat on 90. It's still putting out cool air. It doesn't work. The door to the cooler on the TV stand is very chipped at the bottom and could use a better stand/door. Appearance is very important.
Customer service is poor. During the hight of the COVID pandemic in March, we had to cancel our reservations that we booked through Orbitz, flight, and what we thought was canceling our hotel as well. Found out later that the reservation for the hotel was not canceled, not blaming anyone, it was just a miss. So we contacted the hotel to see if we could get a refund giving that it was in the hight of a pandemic and cancellations were going on everywhere and like the hotel was booked, really? They refused to refund. I even tried to get a credit for a future stay, which we do need to make a reservation for this October. We will definitely not be staying here. The manager did not care at all. I would understand in any other situation if there hadn't been a cancelation request, but during the pandemic when things were so crazy. I would have thought there would have been some kind of understanding. It is unfortunate that we have been giving this business our money for many years. We stay here every year on business. Not a great way to handle business.
Very nice comfortable rooms and a great staff that are really customer service heavy. They also take all precautions concerning Covid-19 and very proactive with it.
My second home away from home great staff great report awesome customer service great place to stay very quiet and peaceful period a+ all around.
Amazing and the staff were incredible. Irena is a sweet and wonderful woman
