Some of the negative reviews are so strange. This place is GORGEOUS! Obviously newly renovated rooms. We're absolutely impressed at how much this Motel 6 resembles some higher end motels and hotels. The price is very reasonable and it's actually very quiet . Ignore the negative reviews because the people writing them obviously have some issues to work out.
The room itself was clean and nice but the atmosphere surrounding the room wasn't that great. Police were already on the premises when I arrived because of other guests fighting and were apparently called a second time within an hour of my arrival for the same reason, I'm assuming. Everything eventually settled down, I just wasn't expecting that. Also, they provide no refunds should you decide not to stay for whatever reason. I think that they should revise that to maybe, no refunds past an hour of arrival. Because what you see on the website when you're making your reservation is somewhat different than what you see in person. Just a suggestion.
The surface of things were clean. But beyond that it was quite filthy. The mini fridge/freezer was not wiped out, the headboard still had fingerprints and smudges. Others were loud all night long between hollering across the way at others or stomping up and down the staircase. My boyfriend, my poor dog, and myself could not get a good night sleep.
Give us a deal when the power was out he worked with us so our kids could have a warm place to sleep. If you ever need a place to go for cheap this is it and good quality rooms....
It's okay if you need inexpensive place to lay your head for the night.
