Alamance County Child Support

They swiftly send letters out demanding a response by a certain date..Yet never answer or return calls. In the meantime you're putting individuals livelihoods in jeopardy sheerly by the lack of research conducted beforehand. Absolutely ridiculous!! Sadly, I dont expect much more from this branch, just there to get a paycheck! Disappointing!!

Can't get anyone to call you back but they sure can send you letters for money you owe even when you are payed off.

Impossible to get someone on the phone

They okay, but they need to feel less sorry for the other parent not paying child support, my daughter’s father is so far behind and quits his job, and finds another, and another, so he won’t pay! They need to step up a little more, it is for the child’s well being! STOP FEELING SORRY FOR IRRESPONSIBLE PARENTS AND LOCK THEM UP!

If they returned the calls, that’d be great !!
