I 've got some important things to do and yet these people don't pick up the phone. That's part of the job

This is by far the worst of any establishment when in comes to promptness and dedication I have attempted to speak to anybody as the phone rings with no answer and if you do get through the case worker falls short and give you attitude for their lack of understanding and time to respond to messages

Michelle Mickens is the most irresponsible, unprofessional, negligent “professional” I’ve ever been assigned to in anything. She didn’t want to do her job at all
