Hired these folks about 10 years ago to perform roof work and siding installed on my home. Work then was timely and customer service was exceptional. Recently, the wind decided to loosen a couple pieces of siding right before the Christmas holiday. By the sound of loose siding and the holiday; I thought for sure the part of my house would be exposed. But it merely took an email to their office.nIn light of covid, Jocelyn replied immediately requesting pictures of the issue to get me scheduled accordingly. Needless to say, someone was to my home and repaired issue within 2 business days. Bowie Siding & Roofing has always treated me well, as a valued customer should be treated, every time. They stand behind their work and warranties.

Bowie Siding and Roofing replaced my roof in one day and at a great price. I have used them before to replace my siding and they did not disappoint me. The workmen where very professional and worked quickly. They cleaned up and you could not tell they where here except for the new roof. I recommend them for both siding and roofing.

After contacting Bowie Roofing & Siding for a roof replacement I was quickly contacted. Jocelyn listened to my “wish list”. Her expertise was extremely valuable for product selection. It was explained if any plywood roofing were to be found defective due to rain seepage it would be replaced at a nominal cost. The contract was signed, the roofing material was delivered. The following morning the roofing crew quickly went to work tearing off the old roof in prep for the new. The lawn was covered with drop cloths, the back yard A/C unit was covered as well as the patio and adjacent lawn area. The patio swing was moved to a safe location. During the tear off two roofing sections were defective and replaced, After about 5 hours all work was complete. The gutters were cleaned, a magnet was use to locate loose nails, the yard was cleaned of all material and the patio swing was replaced. The roofing team worked as one unit to ensure a high quality installation process. The contract allows for left over roofing shingles to be left with the customer. If unforeseen storm events require shingle replacement, the customer stored shingles guarantee a prefect match (I choose to accept the shingles and store them for such an event).nI am very pleased with Bowie Roofing & Siding, they are customer focused.
