Had my roof repaired 4 years ago. Noticed a leak in my first bedroom the beginning of the summer. Reached out to owner to discuss concern. He did just what I expected, first he said that someone would come out to assess the problem. That never happened. The second time I reached out he spoke to me on the phone for over 10 minutes. During the course of the conversation I sent before and after photos of the work done. All the while he assured me that someone would look at my roof to determine the cause of the leak. Then he said that he would send two people out to assess my situation and that never happened either. Now that this company is familiar with my phone number they don’t even answer the phone. Go figure. They repaired my roof and now the only thing that they did after was to show me their tail lights.nI was referred to this company by my homeowners insurance. I’m thinking that this company was vetted by them. Buyer beware!
