Terrible. Don't approach. Service is non existant. Super hard to communicate with them. Please shop around. I won't recommend. If you need peace of mind, try some other company. Good luck.

Very thorough, explained every step of the way, and was available at a moments notice.nLatasha does great work hashing everything out with the insurance company so the homeowner doesn’t have to.nEveryone was friendly, accommodating and transparent. The work that was done is beautiful. Would recommend to anyone with a potential insurance claim.

Had my roof and gutters replaced recently after 20 years. The roof looks great and the leaf guards we ordered for our gutters are exactly what we needed with so many trees. The estimator came out and explained my options and actually saved me money by doing so. I got another estimate and I was given only one option on my gutters. Next I will be getting my siding done and I most certainly will be giving them a call.

American Home Specialists assessed our roof, answered all of our questions about material selections and outlined all of the details of the replacement in their scope of work including how the installation process works. They were thorough in explaining the process from start to finish. We were very pleased!
