This bike shop has great customer service, if you have any questions, concerns, or issues they go above and beyond to help you. They even gave me info on a bunch of local places to go ride my new mountain bike and suggested bike trail apps to download onto my phone. I would definitely do business with them again.

A couple of years ago I brought my 20 year old bicycle in for a tuneup. I had never had much done to it. The bike did need a little work, but I didn't want to buy a new one. I was used to the way it felt on my torso. The shop did a fine job.nnA couple of weeks ago I finally bought a new gel seat online. But it came with no post, and it didn't seem to be compatible with old post.nnLong story short, I brought the new seat and old old seat and post in. They looked at it and told me this was a 5 minute fix. And it was, for a very reasonable price. I was worried this was going to be a problem, and I am so pleased with their service!nnWhen it comes time finally for a new bicycle, this is where I'm buying it.
