I am very pleased with my experience with Carroll Co. Roofing Company. They were professional from the very first time I reached out to them to setup an initial consult through the completion of the job performed. They were on-time every time for every meeting. They even reached out prior to our initial consult to confirm time and location and expected arrival time since they were travelling from another location. The office manager (I assume) was amazingly helpful when I first reached out. She was able to provide great information about expected timeframes, expected cost increases for materials (shingles are getting bumped due to petroleum..). Mark (Owner) was informative while doing the consult and was able to answer all questions with ease. I did not feel pressured at all while Mark was going through the scope of the work to be performed. This definitely did NOT feel like a high-pressure sales meeting like some other contractors have been accused of.nnThe price quoted was competitive, and was not the cheapest of all the quotes I recieved. however, other companies defintely over-quoted in comparison and were much more expensive by at least $2,000 for the same materials.nnThe day of the work the work-crew arrived 15 minutes before the agreed upon time (love the dedication to Punctuality), and the work crew was able (due to the size of my roof) to be done with everything by mid-day. They ensure that they leave the property looking as good as when they arrived with going over the lawn / beds with a magnet to pick up any nails that missed the tarps. I will definitely keep Carroll County Roofing Company in mind the next time I need any of their offered services, and will recommend them to whomever asks!!

Mark and his crew were awesome! They replaced a roof on my garage. They were professional, prompt, and cleaned everything up after themselves. Great guys and great company. Highly recommend this company !!!

Mark was very timely at getting back to me, he had inspected my roof given me samples of shingles explaining the difference and various colors, the office kept in touch with me on delivery and installation time. The installers were prompt and polite they left no debris, the roof, gutters and downspouts look great I would definitely recommend CC ROOFING, I had other estimates that I was not satisfied with the pushy salesman. I am very happy with the whole staff at CC ROOFING.

It's good to know honest contractors still exists. They did a fabulous job. When the job was completed you would have never known they were here. My wife and I could not be happier. Our old house is looking good. Joe Goddard. Hampstead, Md.

The Carroll Roofing Company owned by Mark Thomas Sr. replaced our roof and gutter with low profile covers the other day. The work was done in a very professional manner and resulted in excellent quality. The pricing was very fair and well explained. I would highly recommend this company for any roofings work. They are expert and very skilled roofers!
