Took a prescription in yesterday per doctor's order and was told it would be ready In a few hours. They took my note and just ran it around the pharmacy. I was scared they were going to lose it. Then today I called to ensure it was ready and the lady was more concerned about her social life then answering my questions on the phone. You could tell she was rushing to get off the phone. This is not my first bad experience and unfortunately this is the only place I can go for my prescriptions. Last time was about 3 months ago and they had me and 3 other women waiting saying our orders would be ready in half an hour. Turns out they lost one of mine and 2 of another ladies. And we all sat there for about 2 hours. I'm very disappointed. At first it was semi understandable but now it's time to get your panties out of a bunch and do your job. :(

Took my 88-year-old grandfather here for his covid vaccine and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient while he got both of his shots. Store manager Robert was especially helpful and pharmacist Alan was patient and kind when administering the vaccination.

Came here for the covid vaccine and found the process to be very quick and easy. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and I didn't have to wait in line for my shot at all. Store was clean and had clearly marked indications of where to go.

Not once but twice in a row. Had script called in at 11 am... Went to store at 4 pm. Was told they are still preparing it and could I wait 30 min. I told them I would pick it up tomorrow... Went there next day... Yup clerk told me they were preparing it and could I wait 30 minutes. Darn, lied to me twice. Changing from them today6

I live right down the street from the new CVS so I thought it would be convenient to have my prescriptions filled closer to home however this is the absolute worst pharmacy in Westminster. Called 3 weeks in a row to get a refill on a prescription that I still haven’t received. Finally gave up and switched to another pharmacy.
