The Cook Hotel and Conference Center at LSU

Had a great time. Very relaxing and quiet. Very high class feel. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are alright, SOME staff is helpful, 2 days in a row; one day they were out of breakfast by 9am and the next day they had NO coffee downstairs and absolutely NO breakfast at all. Asked the gal at the front desk if she could make some fresh coffee for the lobby and she made zero eye contact and said “ no you can just go make some in your room” the pool is FULL of leaves and not taken care of and the hot tub is the exact same temperature as the main pool but also is more dirty. For a hotel based on the campus none of the 4 of us are impressed, motel 6 may be a better option .

The room we booked included a breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was supposed to be served between 6:30/9:30. My husband woke up early and had his breakfast around 8 am. They did not have any COVID protocols at all. Utensils were all together in a box. The food was poor and cold.nWhen I woke up, around 9 I rushed to go down, arrived 9:15 am to have my breakfast.nThe place was closed already. It was a man, very rude, who told me that there was not more food. I asked for at least a cup of coffee. He took me out the place and put a dispenser of coffee in the lobby. I grabbed a cup, but the dispenser was empty, No coffee. We paid $180 for the night with breakfast and received this Terrible Service. No manager, Nobody care about us.nAnd the room was small and outdated. Definitely a place to NOT go.

Great environment, steeped in all things LSU. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent customer service. They care about the customer's total experience. Great revamped lunch menu. Lovely accommodations and LOVE the LSU memorabilia.

Rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. I'm really enjoying our stay!
