The rooms are nice, I had to wipe a few things down cause whoever stayed before me must have had food on their hands and went touching everything. I think she’s the manager her name is Karlie, she doesn’t let diamonds members use their perks. My husband asked for an upgraded room which he is initialed to cause he’s a diamond member she said no, We asked for late check out she said no. We’ve never had these problems before at any other Marriott. Make sure to bring your disinfectant wipes
Absolutely horrible! Night time concierge was very rude and took his sweet time helping us. We paid for valet parking and he make us self park. Very dirty garbage allnThrough out the hotel. Me and my family were very disappointed.
Great room. Was even surprised by the scan tv with phone to make phone a remote. No need to use theirs. For being so close to everything within walking couldn't be happier. Just remember it is still covid so they do have the nightie locks on the outside doors and one person at main door.
Love this place. It is literally a home away from home. And the staff was phenomenal. I have I misplaced my recipe because I couldn't load my points to my account, but the stay was GREAT!!
Good location in downtown Baton Rouge. No on site parking, but parking passes available for $5 for the kit just around the corner. Not impeccably clean, but rings are very comfortable and dogs are welcome.
