Pharmacy staff is not friendly. They didn’t even explain my prescription well. I got a call from the pharmacy to pick up my meds but when I went there, the pharmacy guy said to resend my prescription again. Not convenient at all. Switched pharmacy location. He was actually rude and over smart.
Extremely understaffed and overworked employees. CVS treats its work force terribly, and the community is worse for it as well. This particular location suffers more than any I've seen in the US

Me and my 9 year old son are driving from Houston across to country and he has been throwing up the whole way there. We called our doctor to make a prescription and she called it 2 hours prior but when we call when we are 15 minutes away, she says it would be another hour. I tell her I’m sorry we can’t do that and explain the situation, she then responds with “ok and..you can wait when you get there and hangs up” Very rude and unprofessional.
