This is the worst pharmacy of any I have ever used, and I've used a lot. Horrendous customer experience. Thing is, they don't care....and it's obvious. Switching back to Walgreens on College/Perkins...they can be slow sometimes, but they are nice and do their best.

The perfect place to privately pick up your medicine. The people make sure that you are taken care of and maintain that customer privaledge between pharmacy and customer.

The rudest pharmacist staff. They filled the wrong medication & didn’t apply the right insurance card, so when I told them they rolled their eyes. Then proceeded to go to the back and (not even trying to be quiet) talked horrible about me & customers that were calling. Had an attitude the entire time like I was a burden to them for trying to get my meds. Would hang up in customers faces on the phone & laugh about it. They ignore you until they are done talking when you go up there. It’s like this every time I go in there to pick up my meds. Asked for the pharmacy directors name & they ignored me and rolled their eyes. Not sure who hired all of these rude workers, but it’s a bit ridiculous.

The pharmacy here is the worst one I've ever had to deal with. It's nearly impossible to get them to transfer medicine from another place to here. No one was helpful. Went online once, went in person twice, and called them more than twice. The staff either doesn't care or isn't trained.
