Perfect place to stay as we traveled from Texas to Florida. Pleasant room with a comfortable bed and quiet as we rested from a long journey. Also accepted our small dog. Highly recommend.
I know the pandemic is still very prominent but the visit was not for a best experience. The room was a non smoking room and it smelled of stale cigarettes. The bathroom toilet had stains from the previous occupants too. The beds were comfy but had an acrid smell of sweat as if the sheets weren't washed. Yes, there was a sign at the night window stating that the housekeeping was discontinued during the visit but we were not told they didn't keep up between occupants. Maybe this is more my fault for not asking specifics on this but if this is the case , it should probably be made more clear of a point when checking in. Two stars only due to the friendly clerk when we checked in.
Clean but outdated. Appeared to have mold they painted over on the ceiling. A little over priced for the room. Needed a little TLC shower curtain rod was loose.. Toliet ran all night. In fairness we did not call the office.
Everything was fine until the morning our family leaves!!!! There was a damn bed bug crawling on my husbands pillow!!! Will not come back.
Room rates are a little high for that area of the city. Exceptional customer service. Friendly environment. Room service could be improved. Over all I'm satisfied.
