Poor,nasty dirtiest hotel we ever been in, and we came down for a funeral. Customer service was ok but they had no house keeper but I caught a young lady coming out my room getting wash clothes that we didn't use I went and purchase wash clothes and towels because there's was old and dirty so she end up taken the ones I bought . It was like I caught her before she stole something she was surprised that we caught her....ud83dude14 Very dissatisfied they need to do better or close for a while.
There Was No Cups, Dirty Coffe Cup Lid Left In The Room, Remote To Tv Was Not Working Properly.
I switch rooms three times in less than ten minutes. rooms was under maintenance. No showerhead, No faucet, toilet clogged, No ice bags in ice buckets. And Manager Erica choose to have a nasty attitude towards her guests. She don't no how to talk to you. I will never stay there again. Owners need to found them other Manager, The size of the property is too nice to be looking like what i seen. Hit the road Jack and don't you come back No more No more
The room had a funky smell, carpet sunk and no ice bucket. All ice machines were broken, but the two days I stayed they were never fixed. Would give a lower rating if it were not for the location.
Worse Stay Ever, rooms are nasty..roaches arrival at the same time you check in, tubs needs remolding, walls need painting.. wifi terrible, either no remote or no batteries.Mgr chose to charge a deposit when rooms are not to standard, which she puts the deposit it in her pocket if you pay a deposit use your card because mgr keep your cash. i don't recommend you to stay here!!!!
